Multiax N Machine

The Multiax N machine is an extremely versatile and productive machine.  It will accomplish complete machining of Architectural doors.  Engineered to be a rugged, moving bridge machine that has 4 independent working processes to eliminate tool change time from the cycle.  This machine is equipped with a 5 axis main spindle, two independent hinge routing units that can adjust from zero to + or – 3 degrees, and an independent group of working units on the back side of the bridge.  The Multiax N is fitted with a working table integrated with rollers and programmable vacuum cups, to enable automatic infeed, positioning and door holding, all by CNC program, for efficient and accurate machining of doors. An optional fully automatic load and unload system can be integrated to enhance your productivity.
